Process Engineering Supervisor – Johnson Electric

Location: Stratford, ON (Onsite)

Department: Engineering – Automation & Assembly

Salary Range: $105,000 - 120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of new production automation cells and equipment projects.
• Manage all aspects of automation project execution, including planning, resourcing, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Provide full supervisory leadership for direct reports in alignment with company and departmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Drive internal customer satisfaction through strong launch support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor engineering team members to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
