**What you’ll do:**

+ Solve fuse manufacturing process issue, push lean manufacturing and Continual Improvement.
+ Create and maintenance technical documents according to the development procedure, such as PVP&R,WI, PFMEA, JSA, routing, working time both for offline documents and SAP system data.
+ Operator training for working instruction, JSA, etc.
+ Fixture design, management and maintenance. Mantenance data analysis and rule setting for fixture mantenance.Initial manufacturing process design, including each process step and whole routing layout, critical process control, labor hour definition, calculation of BOM material consumption & etc.
