Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and standardize manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies.
Define process flow diagrams, manufacturing routings, and work instructions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design phase to full-scale production.
Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX CAD for aerospace components and assemblies.
Create detailed manufacturing drawings complying with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and customer specifications.
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and AS9102.
Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and implement risk controls.
Perform process validation, qualification, and capability studies (CP, CPK).
