Position Overview

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, Process Engineer role involves responsible for developing, optimizing and controlling electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, Integration, Polymers), ensuring process stability, product quality and operational efficiency.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, Integration, and Polymer processes.
Lead improvement projects focused on Yield, Defects, Scrap, DPMO, and OEE.
Analyze process and quality data (SPC, failure trends, Pareto).
Implement and update PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution.
Actively participate in NPI, Transfers, ...
