We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive new product development from prototype to mass production. You will act as the key bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth technical transfer and production readiness.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of new products, including design evaluation, process planning, process development, prototype verification, small-batch trial production, issue resolution, and transfer to mass production.
Serve as the technical liaison between product developers and the factory, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet quality standard.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of opto-mechanical module development and basic optical principles.
