Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions based on injection molding machine drawings and technical requirements.
Design and validate assembly tooling, fixtures, and gauges, and optimize workstation layout to improve efficiency and quality.
Participate in DFM reviews and provide suggestions to improve product manufacturability.
