• Establish process steps to produce in‑house‑made parts and meet customer expectations in terms of quality, lead time, cost, and technological needs, without compromising health and safety.
• Create process routing (work instructions) & BOM in ERP, and prepare an Inspection Method Sheet (IMS)/checklist.
• Read and interpret 2D drawing, 3D model and customer specifications on drawing.
• Ensure process routing is ready for both the first article and volume production.
