Summary

The Process Engineer I/II will support the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across Chobani’s operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on exposure inside a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Automation, and Engineering teams to support process improvements, equipment optimization, troubleshooting, and startup activities. The ideal candidate is technically curious, eager to learn, comfortable working on the plant floor, and excited to grow. This is an onsite role at our Twin Falls, Idaho plant, this role is not available for remote/hybrid options- relocation support is provided.
