**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer III to lead and support process development initiatives in fiber optic manufacturing. This role is critical to advancing our capabilities in optical fiber production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in, fiber optics process, and a proven track record of driving process improvements from concept to implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Process Development & Optimization**

+ Lead the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for fiber optic connectors. which include polishing, connectorization and data analysis
+ Design and execute experiments to test new materials, automation tools, and process parameters.
