About the role:
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing through the implementation of Process related issues.What you will do:
Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.Ensure a stable process by continuously identifying the risks in the in-process control and firewall.Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.Perform root cause analysis, technical simulations, and corrective actions for line and customer issues.Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.Responsible for characterization of new processes or material changes and implementing controls.Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.Capacity increase through engineering solutions.Performs root cause an...
