Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement in the Twisting and Heatset departments.


Responsibilities:
+ The successful candidate must have a passion for continuous improvement and the desire and ability to lead internal teams to drive results.
+ Build trusting relationships throughout the plant .
+ Lead Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma process and projects.
+ Drive improvement in equipment reliability. Lead EITs as necessary.
+ Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
+ Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
+ Knowledge of data collection and interpretation; Black Belt training preferred .
+ Experience in project management, associated principles, and tools are preferred.
