The Maintenance Supervisor for Final Assembly is responsible for leading and coordinating the technical team to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability within the Trim lines. The primary focus is to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets by minimizing downtime through the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to the Ford Production System (FPS).
ResponsibilitiesSafety & Quality
Safety First: Ensure all personnel strictly follow ECPL (Energy Control & Power Lockout) protocols, use appropriate PPE, and comply with Fordβs industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.
Process Quality: Ensure all quality impact tooling, Error Proofing and test equipment are calibrated and functioning within specifications to guarantee FTT (First Time Through) goals.
