Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in a similar role in an industrial, logistics, production/manufacturing environment;
- Experience in analytics, data science, or software development roles;
- Advanced knowledge of excel;
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language focused on data (e.g., Python or R);
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
