The Role

Your job is to look at what the team does manually, and automate things

You'll map out our workflows, identify the repetitive parts, and build systems that handle them — using AI tools, workflow automation, and smart spreadsheet models. The key constraint: everything you build needs to be maintainable by non-technical team members. If something breaks, an account manager should be able to fix it, not just you.
