The Process Assurance Analyst is responsible for understanding and evaluating the internal risk and control environment within Connected Living, at the business, process, transaction, and application levels. This role partners closely with process owners to document processes, identify risks and controls, and perform control testing in accordance with established methodologies.

The Process Assurance Analyst also supports internal and external audits by facilitating audit activities, issue remediation, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
