Process and Compliance Manager

The Process and Compliance Manager is responsible for enabling BAU Team members and leaders to perform their roles effectively and efficiently based upon approved processes, internal SLA’s/objectives and client KPI’s, at the same time ensuring PSC Portfolio Administration Team’s high-level motivation and engagement.

About the Role

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including mapping, evaluation, documentation, and optimization of business processes across GOS Client Operations.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance by driving SOC compliance, supporting audits, enforcing process controls, and maintaining standardized documentation.
• Support client lifecycle activities, including new client onboarding, process due diligence, stabilization, and preparation of documentation for client pitches.
