WCLC is currently seeking a Process Analyst to join the Organizational Process & Business Agility team. Reporting to the Process Management Practice Lead, the Process Analyst is responsible for understanding, documenting, and improving business processes across the organization.

This role supports the development of a sustainable Business Process Management (BPM) capability by ensuring processes are clearly documented, governed, and continuously improved. The Process Analyst works closely with business areas, Business Analysts, and other teams to improve operational consistency, reduce risk, and support effective change delivery.
