Responsibilities

Participate in the creation, maintenance and updating of the Etihad Cargo Services Manual (CSM), Etihad Cargo Bulletins, Process Manual Cargo (PM‑CG), local operating procedures and other related documentation as required in accordance with international regulations and standards governing air cargo transportation, UAE GCAA regulations and Etihad internal policies. Contribute to the Etihad Ground Operations Manual (GOM) and associated ground operations documentation. Support the development of the GOM and related documentation, including all applicable safety and security standards and requirements. Develop, document and communicate general and applicable local level aircraft handling and servicing procedures, including research of appropriate procedures in readiness for the introduction of new aircraft types.
