Position Overview

The EP Procedure Specialist position is field‑based in British Columbia and focuses on providing clinical support, in‑service, and maintenance for Abbott Electrophysiology (EP) technologies.

In this role you will work closely with the Sales team (Territory and Regional Managers) to develop business strategies, serve as a technical conduit between customers and Abbott, and help advance the company’s breakthrough medical technologies for treating atrial fibrillation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of EP products and consult customers on technical and clinical advancements.
• Identify and apply best‑practice processes that are cost‑efficient and effective, and continually evaluate their impact.
• Provide troubleshooting support, software and hardware enhancements, and in‑service support for EnSite Precision and EnSite X products.
