The role

This is a varied and client focused role within a busy probate department. You will manage your own caseload and be responsible for providing clear, professional advice to clients, many of whom may be elderly or dealing with bereavement. The work will include drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, handling probate and estate administration matters and dealing with Court of Protection issues.

You will regularly meet clients both in the office and at their homes or care settings, take instructions, prepare documentation and submit applications to the Probate Registry. You will also be expected to maintain accurate files, use the case management system effectively, meet deadl...
