Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit in our probate department, a private client role with a view to building the department.

Responsibilities

• Providing proactive communication to keep clients, third parties, partners updated
• Providing excellent customer service
• File set up and closings
• Professional pro‑active approach, strong client care skills
• Ability to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities
• Will drafting
• Attending clients, taking instructions
• Ensuring compliance with file management

Requirements

• 5 years probate experience in private practice
• Valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying (if applicable)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to build the department and generate new business
