Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships, and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in client communication, legal document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain client files and legal documents.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, court filings, subpoenas, and other legal forms.
• Communicate with clients and gather information related to legal matters.
• Coordinate filings, process service, and case-related activities.
• Assist attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, and case management.
