This is an urgent, trial-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in probate matters who can step in quickly, contribute immediately, and grow into a long-term role.

What You'll Do as the Probate Litigation Paralegal:

• Support attorneys with probate litigation matters including trust disputes, conservatorships, and contested estates
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents such as petitions, motions, and court filings
• Coordinate case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and document management
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court procedures
