10+ years working as part of a large-scale PAM implementation
Act as an SME and partner with internal customers throughout their onboarding into the PAM initiative.
Implement changes successfully and aware of the change management processes
Act as part of the scrum team day-to-day to develop new features and integrations
Participate in solution design for new features & integrations to identify high quality solutions.
A mentality of continuously developing ways of working within the team to ensure continuous improvement of system engineering practices – for example, test automation and refactoring.
Help to feedback & prioritise tech debt & refactoring work to Product Management
Identify and encourage automation of repetitive tasks carried out by the team
Identify & advise on product upgrades with Product Management; manage the process of testing and upgrading the product.
