About The Role
Our Christchurch team are looking for two professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to present the first impression of the Craigs brand. Based in our central Christchurch office, both positions are permanent fullβtime, working 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Preparing correspondence and other documents for Investment Advisers
- Maintaining files and documentation in support of Investment Advisers
- Proactively assisting Advisers with client meeting preparation and attending client meetings as required
- Assisting clients with account opening requirements
- Diary management and travel arrangements for Investment Advisers
- Conducting ongoing due diligence to ensure work is undertaken in line with AML policies and procedures
- Supporting the quarterly portfolio report process
