The Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and optimizing nursing staff schedules to ensure high-quality patient care. This role supports operational efficiency by managing staffing needs, overseeing care plan recertifications, training staff on electronic systems, and maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers, patients, and families. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
