Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a busy and growing law firm based in Buxton. • Work closely with the Managing Partner and support with an established and growing private client caseload.
• Prepare initial client onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
• Manage all aspects of client matter compliance.
• Take instructions for wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, tax returns and IHT planning.
• Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Administer estates from start to completion.
• Prepare legal documents, including deeds of variation, deeds of appointment, appropriation and renunciation.
