Responsibilities - Working as a sole chef cooking for family and guests in a private residence
- Creating varied high-quality menus
- Sourcing fresh produce within budget
- Maintaining an immaculate kitchen environment
- Preparing meals for staff when required
- Working closely with an established household team
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years chef experience (Sous Chef level or above)
- Previous private residence experience required
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines
- Professional appearance and hygiene standards
- Team player with excellent attitude
- Strong communication skills in English
- UAE driving licence
