Adecco is partnering our client, a leading global technology organisation, to search for a Privacy Support Specialist (South Korea Local Agent).
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting user privacy inquiries and ensuring compliance with Korean data protection regulations (PIPA), while delivering high-quality, user-centric support in a fast-paced environment.
Role will be 100% onsite due to nature of role (no WFH).
The Talent
Native-level Korean (written and spoken) to answer phone calls from Native South Korean users.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, compliance roles
Strong understanding of handling sensitive user data with confidentiality and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
