Salary and Hours

• Salary: £24,596 (35hrs per week), rising to £25,555 from 1st September 2026
• Continuous annual progression: Year 2: £26,191; Year 3: £26,684; Year 4: £27,180
• Working pattern: 24/6 across early and late shifts. Full days only; no reduced daily hours.

Responsibilities

• Escort detainees within the court including to courtrooms, cells and facilities.
• Supervise detainees during hearings to maintain safety and security.
• Manage sensitive situations and maintain strict confidentiality.
