We're looking for a dedicated Prison Link Worker to join our Dependency and Recovery Service, helping men transition successfully from custody into the community. This is a rewarding frontline role where you'll make a real difference by improving engagement with treatment, reducing reoffending, and supporting recovery journeys.

* Supporting individuals before release, through the gate, and into the community
* Building strong relationships with prison substance misuse teams and partner agencies
