Account Planner/Manager - Print
Position Summary
Coordinate production-related services to meet customer requirements and needs.
Perform Order Entry of new orders into Technique software.
Enter shipping and batch instructions for orders into Technique software.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all inputs, including but not limited to, print order, mail file, supplied inserts, outsource needs and verify completion of manufacturing instructions and production
Generate the Technique job plan for each individual job based on information provided/received from the customer.
Collaborate with Account Specialists/Sales to meet Customer requirements
Communicate Customer expectations directly to the manufacturing plant
Maintain/track plant schedule per customer approved schedule
Follow a detailed checklist to ensure all data is received and the process is completed.
Coordinate instructions and process distribution files for shipments via FedX/UPS & USPS
