Job Responsibilities: Elimination of waste: Drive ME Improvement objectives by analysis of lost time using the relevant problem-solving techniques. Monitor & reduce scrap (By means of but not limited to the TQM process) Ensure all agreed improvements are timeously planned and implemented. Continuous Improvement: Standardize all Processes Drive improvement targets through the ME and TQM processes. (With the intention to reduce downtime and cost of poor quality). Ensure Improvement Targets to Budgets are met.
