Responsibilities

As Engineering lead you will be primarily responsible for leading a team to start up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield & cell improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also manage TD business processes such as MOR-POR gaps and cost targets for the respective nodes. Your goal is to optimize manufacturing performance and align with Micron's business plan and strategic objectives across manufacturing sites.

• Complete required safety training and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Micron safety policies while promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop the strategic vision for your team and prioritize resources to accomplish that vision.
