**Job Summary**

The Principal Systems Engineer is responsible for providing technical authority and leadership for the design and development of complex power electronics systems. This role involves reviewing customer specifications and requirements to develop cost-effective designs, defining system and subsystem architectures, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and budget estimates for proposals.
