The Boeing Company is looking for a **Principal Software Engineer** to join our **Space Mission Systems (SMS) Rapid Space Capabilities (RSC)** portfolio, focused on the **Rocky program** in **Albuquerque, NM** . This is a **Technical Leadership** position focused on high-impact delivery, cross-team influence, and often hands-on development. This Software Engineering leader will drive end-to-end software development for the Rocky program, owning software design, implementation, and testing processes and best practices to meet program schedules and milestones. The role also shapes organization-wide software architecture strategy for current and future Space Mission Systems ground solutions.
