Based in Bristol, this is a new opportunity for a Principal SoC Architect to join the world's leading Semiconductor company driving decarbonisation and digitalisation.

This role sits within my client’s world-renowned automotive division, which is driving chip development to make our roads cleaner and safer. The Principal SoC Architect will drive concept development and innovation in the field of microcontroller communication IPs for automotive products. The SoC Architect will be the driver in determining solutions that fulfil hardware and software requirements, and be a key figure within a collaborative team of system engineers, functional safety engineers and RTL and verification engineers to promote the development strategy.

Requirements include:

A BSc / MSc degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or similar field

A number of years’ prior experience working within digital chip architecture / ASIC design
