Lead large and complex projects with multiple streams (functional, technical, integrations, data, change, testing) and vendor partners.
Own overall commercial performance– revenue, margin, forecasting, billing and cost management – and actively drive profitability and growth.
Create and oversee program and project definitions, roadmaps, schedules, budgets and success measures, ensuring alignment to business case and strategic outcomes.
Shape and review Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates and work breakdown structures, working closely with sales, solution architects and Oracle practice leads.
