Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Technical Support
Provide technical expertise to support the sales team during customer engagement and product demonstrations.
Conduct product presentations, workflow discussions, and technical consultations with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and research institutions.
Assist in evaluating laboratory requirements and recommend suitable diagnostic solutions.
Support instrument demonstrations, proof-of-concept studies, and technical evaluations.
Respond to technical queries during the sales process.
2. Installation & Commissioning
Install, configure, and commission diagnostic instruments according to manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure proper system calibration, validation, and operational testing.
Verify laboratory readiness including utilities, space, and network requirements.
3. After-Sales Customer Support
Provide ongoing technical support to customers through onsite visits and remote assistance.
