This is a hands-on leadership role. Youll shape product direction, raise the quality bar, and guide a team of designers while staying close to the work yourself.
 

A key focus will be designing intelligent, efficient workflows that help users move through complex tasks with clarity and confidence. As we evolve, youll play a central role in how we integrate AI into the product experience not as a layer on top, but embedded in how the product works. From anticipating user needs to simplifying decisions, youll help define what that looks like.
