Role Overview

You will play a key role in the Strategic Planning Division as an individual contributor and/or team lead, supporting the development of SWDA’s strategic direction, policy work and organisational development efforts. This includes working across SWDA and with external stakeholders such as MOM and Whole-of-Government partners to shape strategies, review policies, monitor emerging trends, and strengthen organisational alignment and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support strategic planning work to shape SWDA’s long‑term direction and priorities.
• Develop and coordinate strategies to inform policy, programmes and initiatives across SWDA.
• Work with SWDA divisions to translate strategic priorities into coordinated plans and actionable initiatives.
• Monitor and assess emerging trends and future developments, including working with the Futures Office, to strengthen SWDA’s strategic planning.
