Position Overview
What the role is: This role reports to the Deputy Director (Data Strategy and Capabilities Building) and drives organisation-wide Data Analytics and AI capability planning, change management and adoption. The role focuses on ensuring that Data and AI initiatives are organisationally ready, adoptable and sustainable, working closely with the Data Strategy, Analytics and Infrastructure teams.
What you will be working on: Key responsibilities include:
- Lead organisation‑wide Data Analytics and AI capability planning, change and adoption efforts to support enterprise priorities
- Translate enterprise Data and AI strategies into clear plans, roadmaps and coordinated workstreams.
- Oversee Data Analytics and AI capability development across the organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned, scalable and sustainable.
