Principal Management Engineer
Location:One Ford Place, Detroit, MI

This is a hybrid position. In-office days are flexible based on project needs and will average no more than two days per week onsite.
Position Summary
Under minimal supervision, the Principal Management Engineer performs complex project work across the health system. Assignments may involve technical analyses or facilitation of large, multidisciplinary groups consisting of senior administrators, physicians, and healthcare leaders. This role serves as a lead consultant on improvement initiatives and collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive meaningful organizational change.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, innovation, and creativity while continuously learning and applying new improvement methodologies to advance organizational performance and spread successful innovations throughout the institution.
