Position Overview
Generic Accountability - Owns & Manages Business initiative, product roadmap and end to end delivery.
- Ensure all projects are executed and delivered as expected in the said timelines and budget.
- Guide strategically and managing teams/resources across the service line
- Represent Technology in Business discussion and vendor engagements etc.
Specific Accountability - Expert knowledge of Commercial Banking (functional and technical)
- Solid experience and background in development, design, cloud and technology overall.
- Hire, Empower, support, guide, coach the service line teams to work effectively.
- Track and ensure organization and technology KPIs are met.
- Capex/ OpenX budget management experience.
- Hands on and familiar with various technology services such as Cloud Azure, AWS, microservices, CICD, Authorization and Authentication, IDP, ..etc
