Responsibilities: •Oversee the Landscape Teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with the Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.•Take charge of project management responsibilities, including developing proposals, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing project schedules, and conducting profitability analysis.•Provide supervision for both professional and technical staff, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing staff member assignments, and fostering teamwork within the department.•Efficiently manage team workflows, project assignments, overall schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements and target utilization.•Consistently embody the firm’s vision...
