The Identity and Access Management team enables secure, seamless access across DoorDashβs global engineering and business operations. Our mission is to make access simple, automated, and user-centric β reducing friction through self-service models while maintaining strong governance and compliance. We focus on streamlining joiner, mover, and leaver processes, modernizing access requests, and building scalable controls that prioritize both security and the end-user experience across a complex application landscape.
About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for advancing a modern, automated, and user-centric Identity and Access Management program. They will improve how employees access the tools they need β making access faster, simpler, and more intuitive β while strengthening governance and audit readiness behind the scenes.
