Position Overview
The Workday HRIS Prinicipal Architect serves as a strategic and technical leader responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions across global regions, with a focus on Absence and Time Management, Business Process Optimization, and AI-enabled HR capabilities. This role ensures scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions that align with organizational goals and regional requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Configuration Lead configuration of Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, LOA, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and related integrations. Design and optimize business processes using Workdayβs Business Process Framework, ensuring global scalability and local compliance.
