In this role, you will report to the Vice President of HR for Global Operations, and you will support functional Vice Presidents for Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering Excellence. The role will also support the Senior Director of SIOP/Logistics and the Senior Director of Facilities, Environmental, Safety, and Health.



The HRBP is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
