Reporting to the Director, Global Leadership & Organization Capability, you will design and evolve Micron’s leadership capability system. • Lead the leadership behavior dimension of AI transformation—explicitly defining, operationalizing, and activating what leaders must signal, model, and reinforce to build a culture of speed, curiosity, and innovation.
