Position Summary

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting business leaders, managers, and employees by providing strategic and operational people guidance. This role partners closely with leadership to drive workforce readiness, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture initiatives.You will support business priorities by advising on people strategies, coaching managers, addressing employee matters, and ensuring successful implementation of HR process/programs. People Partner is a trusted consultant who understands business challenges and translates them into effective people solutions aligned with KBR’s culture and values.
